Cancellation Policy
If you fail to call or don’t show to your appointment, you will be required to pay in advance going forward.
Please understand, Kitsch and Beautician Beauty has booked out time for you and your hair, but with short notice it is unlikely the appointment will be filled.
Heather requires a 30% deposit for all appointments. This deposit is then applied to your balance.
The deposit will not be refunded for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
In case of an unforeseen emergency or cancellations prior to the 48 hour window deposits will be refunded.
